Alright after I chipped and converted my p06 I burned one of my old tuning maps onto my SST chip "Crome" to see if everything is working properly. After a few seconds after start up CEL comes on. Jumped my ecu and Code 41 pops up. Tried another basemap and same results. I've never had this problem with my old tuning map.
All solder joints are good from what I can see. Any idea whats going on?
My car is currently tuned on Neptune by me with no CEL at all.
I just need to know what component in the p06 ecu controls the Primary oxygen sensor heater. This is my backup ecu.

Little update:
I tested out my NepTune RTP board on the new p06 and it gets CEL 41 as well. So somewhere in my soldering is bad? They all look so good though.

41 is just for the heater, it has nothing to do with your soldering, it is just the code is not disabled. You can just disable the heater in the rom and be done with it.

I did that tried it in two cars with two different basemaps. Either something is messed up or Crome is just being retarded.
Even with Neptune it throws Cel 41.

Need more ideas before I De-solder everything out and return it back to completely stock and see if it still acts like a biotch.
If you cut/remove the jumper from J1 that will tell you if it is a problem with your chipping or a PHO2S HC issue that may have been there before you chipped it.

I will do that guys. I highly doubt its my soldering. I learned my lesson this past summer. I was just waiting for Ghost to post. What is PHO2S HC? Sorry I feel dumb right now. The dude I bought it from said it worked fine. Which could of have not been true. Should of plugged it in my car first anyways. Lesson learned again. Thanks for the replies
The circuit consists of everything from the O2 sensor and ECU pin A6 to the circuit on the ECU board. If you have the heater disabled in the software and it still throws code 41. I'm not sure what to tell you.......

That's the thing, like I stated my car has no CEL whatsoever with any other ECU's beside this one. Probably sold me a jacked up ecu but I guess ill cut out j11 and if the same issue then looks like I'm out of luck.
You think desoldering everything off and re doing it might make a difference? Or just cutting j1 will return it to stock completely?

You don't always have to desolder everything. Go back over everything that you soldered with a bit of flux and heat the joints back up again. Add solder if required. Wipe off the excess flux and give her a shot.
As for cutting J1 that will put the ECU back to reading from the stock ROM.

Yea that's what I will do tonight.
Just in case you missed my question
What other components on the ECU circuit board functions the Primary Oxygen Heater sensor?

From pin A6 the circuit goes to pin 3 of the QM3 Sink Driver Array. I don't have any specs on where the signal goes from there on hand.

Well guys I finally figured it out..
The piece I used for J1 was a piece of crap. I desoldered it and it still threw CEL 41 so it made me realize that I've been running the stock map the whole time. Soldered in a new piece for J1 and Boom works like a charm now. NO CEL at all.
Thanks for all the help.
