Default Are my pistons OK?

my timing belt slipped, are these pistons ok? #4 had some shavings (i wiped them away before i took the picture... ) on it from me stupidly trying to start the thing a few times after it stopped starting.

why does one of the intakes look different?

can i swap the entire rocker-arm assembly & camshaft from the existing head to the head i got from the junkyard?

oil leaked from the head onto the pistons when i was removing it. Cylinders #2 & #3 look like they have alot of crap on them but it's just the reflection on the cylinder wall.

If the belt jumped, the valves probably hit the pistons. You need to swap the valves, not the rocker arms.

he wants to swap his cam and rocker arms onto a junkyard head.. not a cam and rockers from a junkyard head onto his... why would he swap damaged valves into a good head?

i imagine it's ok to reuse the timing belt since i didnt tighten the tensioner tight enough?

the reason that one intake port looks different is possibly because the injector is going out. Was it idling rough when you had it running?

it might also be clogged and then it would not be spraying evenly. Also if your rings were going out and you had excess crankcase pressure your breather line might be working the wrong way and puking oil into your intake. Which is what mine did and it was quite dirty on the intake side.
