Hello,
I know this is not directly related to tuning, but Im building a new harness for the car, and going to run a t1 hall sensor setup, but would like to shield it from sensor to EMS .
Thanks
( having trouble finding RFI specific cable that will work or shielding . Have found lots of JUST EMI shielding ).
thanks

Generally hall senders aren't that noise prone, and usually don't need a shield.
Glensgarage.com sells braid that'll work for you, I know I've found it cheaper but the info isn't handy.

thanks, ill give them a try.
Any others ?
side note, that braided shield, do I ground it only at one end , or at both ?
( the stock systems Ive seen usually only have on ground ( where most of the shielded wires meet ).
But have been told that If I build a new harness I should ground at two ponts ( end A , at same ground point as ECU , and B -where sensor or connector is , ground to motor )

Never ground at both ends.
There are two ways to do it:
Ground at the ecu end to the ecu ground plane directly
Ground at the ecu end but run a separate ground conductor to main ground on engine/cylinder head
I have never had a problem with the first way, but the second gives you confidence that you won't pick up any noise from the controller.
