ECU ground
anyone know how i would go about checking the ground/grounds for the ECU? basically, which color wires are power supply and ground wires on the harness?

It's the one bolted to the t-stat housing. Make sure it has a clean/tight connection.

i just want to check every possible thing before i put a new ECU in.... i'd hate to just keep having them go bad if i have some wiring issues

on the ECU Harness (OBD2) which wires are ground wires? i.e. which color wires need to have continuity to the chassis?
on the ECU pin outs, would it be all of the locations with a "G" at the end of the abbreviation?
finally, does anyone know of a link where i can find out what all the abbreviations on the ECU pin out diagram mean?
