Surging problem in 94 civic ex, b16a sir swap, cant figure it out!
Hey guys, I have a 94 civic ex with a jdm b16a swap p30 ecu.
I got the car and it started surging only when warmed up, so far I have replaced the Idle air control valve, o2 sensor & tps, its continuing to only surge when warmed up from 1k-2k rpms, any help and advice is greatly appreciated I want to figure this headache out asap, thanks!

i have a jdm b18a1 with same prob, mines from 1 to 1.5, ive cleaned the iacv cleaned the fast idle, made sure there was no air in the coolant, and sprayed carb cleaner on most vaccum lines. ive read a million posts and done a lot of research, its really giving me a headache
