Default JDM 98-99 LS/V OBD2 engine into OBD1 95 Del Sol - wiring question

I have a 95 Honda Del Sol with LS/V and a P72 ECU right now. I threw a rod and decided to buy a full swap. The swap engine is OBD2 and only comes with the engine side harness. I've tried doing research on this but I'm getting alot of different answers. I called a local performance place and they said it should just plug in. Alot of websites say I just need to get a cabin side harness from an Integra, if so, then which Integra engine? If theres anything else I missed please let me know, the engine comes in next week and I'd love to be ready for it.

You just need a harness out of any 96-01 Integra. The swap is completely plug and play cause the Integra harness is a 2 piece harness that will fit into your Del Sol. Good luck with the swap!

Since your engine comes with it's harness, it should be plug and play unless the harness is JDM, then you'd need to find a USDM harness.

Does it matter which engine the harness comes off of, or does it have to be a gsr?

I know I'm asking stupid questions, but I want to make sure I do this right.

It would be easier if you got a GSR harness, but a regular Integra harness will work. You'll just have to add wires for the Intake Air Bypass valve if you are running a GSR manifold. Other than that, you should already be wired for VTEC cause your going from LSV.
