Ok i have a 94 civic coupe ex with a b18c1 out off a 95 integra that has a fresh rebuilt on it i had a few problems with over heating but that seems to be fixed now . Now im having a problem with the idle it seems to be to low to me its between 700 and 800 but sometimes at complete stops it will cut off but as soon as i touch the key it will start right back up . what are somethings i can check to get the idle up a lil because with it idleing so low to me it seems to be running a lil rough but if i say hold the gas up to around 1200 rpm it runs smooth as you could ask for just looking for some tips thanks

 

Just so i dont get ragged on i did search and seen nothing with this problem everone seem's to just have the opp. or the famous bounce idle .
