Squeaky noise from coming the transmission when i step in the clutch
If it was only doing it when the car was running i'd agree with you. But its doing it with the car off as well. I'd lube up the pivot point where the slave cylinder pushes on the release fork with some high temp grease first and see what that does.

it sounds dry, you can try pulling the boot off and lubricating the shaft. it most likely needs some grease between the ball end of the slave cylinder shaft and shifter fork
Remove the slave cylnder from the trans and preas on the clutch if it still makes the noise then u need a new slave cylnder if not it could be the diaphragm springs on your clutch or where the throw out bearinf slides back and fourth on the input shaft u are supost to use hight temp grease wheere the throw out bearing rides on tje input shaft. But it sounds like the s/c to me
