Default wheel stripping advice..

ok so i began to stripp my Dr20s today and i got to say its WAYYYY harder than i though..i probably put around 6-7 coats of that Aircraft stripper and i still have some black spots where the paint didnt come off.. can someone help me with some advice on the best tools to use or the best method to do this..i was also thinking about getting that aircraft stripper in the spray can..would that be a better option than the gel??

Are you using a wire brush and/or a flat metal scraper? Those helped me out a bit. And the spray can isn't as good as the whole tin, in my opinion. (doesn't go on as thick, not as much coverage).

Oh yeah, another plus to sanding afterward, on those spots that are still left over.

You can buy aircraft stripper already in a spray can.
