Borg Warner S362 vs PTE 6262 DBB Billet
They have, but you're not going to see a back-to-back comparison of the two on exactly the same platform. Both turbos are highly utilized but may be from two different kinds of buyers. Honestly, you'd just be making a lateral move with what you have. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Depending upon which Housings/wheels are on your S362, not really. You could use the same money, and convert your S362 with a new backplate and S200 housing, and create a S262 which is more responsive than the much larger cover. If you have the .70A/R, your turbine wheel is larger than the 6262 anyway, and you could still keep that or swap down to a slightly smaller 74mm inducer. But again, it may cost a couple bucks (few hundred)
Otherwise, no. not really. won't be that improved, at least from my experience with them
