Default Ignition timing was off and now mechanical timing is also off

Finally got my B20V in and I wad about to start it my dizzy wasn't on properly so it made my cam gears off timing by 180°, would I have to take off the valve cover to realign the cam marks? And the crank pulley is probally off as well

If the cam gears can't aligned with each other somethings wrong and its got nothing to do with your distributor, from what you're describing the timing belt jumped a few teeth.
