i got a 95 civic hatch i have been rubbing only on my driverside rear around strong right hand corners and bumps when im at speed, i just put in energy trailing arm bushings yesterday along with new lower control arms, i have H&Rs standard strut with tein springs any other questions please ask and any help is greatly appreciated thanks
What size rims and tires? What is the offset of your rims? What is the lowered height with your springs/struts? Do you have any sway bars, front and/or rear?

205/55 15, GSR blades dont know offset, couldnt tell u how much it dropped i can put one finger flat with my tires, stock sway bars
EG hatchbacks did not come with rear sway bars and only a few trims came with front sway bar. 205/55 15 are wider and taller than recommended oe equivalent tires, thats part of why you are rubbing when cornering.

U're running on too large tyres, change them to 195x50x15 and then no rubbing will occur. Also check your wheel offset, it shouldn't be lesser then ET38 if the wheels are 7 inches wide.
It will fit. It's oftenly swapped because D13 has a great and short transmission.
