So i need some help with this and I'm not sure if someone has asked this before or not... I'm trying to start building my gsr to make some decent power and hopefully boosting it some day. I have a couple bolts-ons such as 4-1 header skunk2 manifold, 68mm throttle body and cold air intake. Now my questions is what should i invest in next? I've heard from people that i should upgrade my fuel system with a fuel pump, bigger fuel rail, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and bigger injectors or should i begin with some head work and purchase titanium retainers, new springs, valves and some ctr cams (keeping in mind i want to boost later on so i really don't want to spend on more expensive cams that i will eventually have to trade for turbo cams). This is my first build so any help/coments/tips in the right direction would be apreciated.

Yea... just keep the motor how it is and just start saving your money and scanning the for sale threads for good deals on turbo parts...

 

What is your power goal?

 

n/a around 190-200 whp range and if i boost in the future 300-400 range...but leaning more towards n/a for now because i don't have the money for a turbo yet

 

Good question. Build your car as you find good deals. The R cams will be great all motor and boosted. You dont have to get a "turbo cam"
A walbro255HP will be a good investment, because you can use it NA and you need one to go boost. Also a good computer system. Hondata S300, eCtune, or just get your stock ECU socketed by www.xenocron.com and run a DIY free program like www.tunewithcrome.com

Ill speak for myself go for boost as soon as you can, because NA doesnt even compare!
