Icon6 Engine Hesitation

Integra, B18a1, evo8 turbo. It blew up on me last year and has been a project getting it running again, it starts and runs now, but idles ROUGH. Sounds like its gonna die, i took a video of me holding the throttle cable, this is me HOLDING it as around 2000rpms, sounds really hesitant and not wanting to go.

If you guys wanting me to take another video of it idling I can, just let me know, I'm at a loss with this damn thing.

More information will help us TRY and help YOU figure it out.
What type of management is being used, what else is done to the engine?
Initially I would advise you to look for things like vacuum leaks and other small little things.

Link does not work!

Eagle low comp rods and pistons, hondata s200 fuel management, evo 8 turbo, chipped p72, walboro fuel pump, aem high flow fuel rail, prelude injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

It died on me while going 70 down the freeway, wouldnt start or anything, so I changed the timing belt, dizzy, plugs and wires, and now it starts and runs, but sputters and really "lags" when I push on the gas until it gets to about 2-3k rpms then hits boost and drives normal. It almost feels like it is running WAY lean, but its getting about 40ish pounds of pressure, when I had it set to 55lbs of fuel pressure it ran a little better but still bottomed out and seemed lean, but smelled like it was way to rich.

let me know if the video works. In the video I am holding the throttle even, let me know if you want me to take another video of the car

Could my hondata be muffed up? After it died, my battery went dead as well cuz it was sitting for so long? Does it maybe need to be retuned? Im not an expert on hondata lol.

It wouldn't hurt to clean it. Also check the fast idle thermo valve, if it has one...check all the little things like that. Maybe check your thermostat too, if its stuck open then engine will run too cool, I don't have alot of experience with turbos so I dunno....
