Default coolant and fan problem?

i just swapped out my rad and fans for a mishimoto full rad. tested the fans to make sure they were working before i hooked them up. my car started to overheat when i took it for a ride but i noticed my pass side fan is only turning on when i turn the a/c on. the driver one isn't kicking on at all and now if i turn the heat on the fan motor inside under the dash is making a crazy loud noise? anybody got some ideas?

i checked the fuses and relays there all good

have a 95 integra gsr

yes, but that wouldn't be the reason why the other fan isn't turning on

Looking at the wire diagram for the 94-97 Integra it shows that when A/C is turned on both the condensor fan and the rad fan should turn on, if A/C is not on and engine coolant temp. is up, only the rad fan will turn on.

I would test for power to the rad fan relay, [one lead will be hot at all times] then jump from it to the black/red lead, [#30 to#87 or the two big terminals] the rad fan should turn on, [the ign. switch does not need to be on] if rad fan does turn on you will need to test the ECT switch, turn ign. on, find and unplug the ECT switch and install a jumper between the green and black leads, if fan turns on, replace the ETT switch, if fan does not turn on, ground the green lead at the rad relay, if fan turns on there is a connection problem between the ECT switch and the rad fan relay. 94

BTW... a noisy blower motor indicates a bad motor or something is in/around the blower barrel fan, drop the blower motor and bench test it, at the same time you can see if there is anything up in the blower housing.
