Electrical Problems
I would like to know what would cause my cooling fan, and a/c fan to stop working? when my car gets hot, the cooling fan still wouldn't come on by itself. When I switch on my a/c, my a/c fan never comes on. I would like a non-overheating car with proper a/c
First of the usual suspects:
Coolant fan switch
Second of the usual suspects would be:
Coolant fan relay
I would also suggest checking the viability of the fans themselves. It's not uncommon for a fan motor to give up as well.

You will have to start hot wiring things from the fans towards the control head, once you get to a certain point, the hot wire will not make the fan come on and you have found your problem.
I will try to find a schematic for you and post it here, no promise though.
Does the air cond compressor come on even though the fan does not? Look very closely at the underhood fuses, actually test them.
Do you know how to bypass a relay, do you have a test light or a multimeter?

Sorry for the poor paste job, excuse the two overlaps.
Blow it up to 150%.
Here is a radiator fan control module link that may help. Post #9.
