the first two spikes are me trying to get the engine to idle weird, other than that that's the engine's natural idle (sometimes it idles even rougher than that)

Does the RPM rev when you hit the brake hard?

 

come to think of it, i do notice it most after i'm done slowing down, even if i'm still not braking. it's during normal braking though, not anything rough or excessive

 

Try stomping on the brake hard while it's idling. If the RPM starts to surge then you have a vacuum leak.
