Civic Si dasboard lights and HVAC lights not working

Civic Si dasboard lights and HVAC lights not working
My dash lights arent working.. i grounded one of the black cluster wires and the cluster will turn on but not fully. The hvac does not turn on. I jumped red and black wires on the dimmer and nothing? tested fuse 30 its fine.

IM PRETTY SURE URE TALKING ABOUT AN EM1 ANYWAYS HAVE U CHECKED THE BIG BULBS ON BACK OF THE CLUSTER THAT LIGHT UP? I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM & ENDED UP BEING ONE OF THOSE BULBS GOOD LUCK ANYWAYS

Do the cluster and HVAC lights turn on full bright when you jump the red wire to the black wire in the dimmer switch connector? If so, replace the dimmer switch.

they dident at first. checked fuse a second time it was blown, replaced it now when jumping the red to black the cluster lights up. faulty dimmer switch. first time ive seen my si cluster lit up properly wooo lol
