ive been haveing problems with my drivers side window. when i try to put it up it some how goes off of the track. and ends up going on the outside of the window seal guide if thats what its called its the one where the window goes up and down inside the door. ive tryed everything and it still pops out whn its down. and when i try to put it up it goes on the out side. but it seames to pop out when its down, i even moved the metal bar thats in the front of the door closer and it does the same. so please if anyone knows anything about it please help sometimes i cant even park because the window doesnt go up and iam not leaveing the window down thanks.

 

make sure the rubber track is seated correctly, not ripped, or bent over somehow and the aluminum rail it sits in is nice and straight (besides the slight curve it should have). if thats good ur regulator is probably bad and needs to be replaced.

 

Replace the regulator. Grease it up well when you do it. If the rubber track is damaged, replace it too, if it isn't, replace the regulator ASAP because the rubber will get damaged and it costs way too much from Honda. $170 or something.

 

My windows have a hard time going up, like the rubber is slowing or stopping it. Do you know what to use so that my windows slide smooth? I have put wd-40 but that only lasts for like a day then it goes back to normal. I've cleaned it with a Q-Tip and still slows down

Read through that whole situation...super common problem...silicone spray is your best friend...regulators are cheap online with the motor included.
