Default Name these plugs, win a prize!!!!

Ok, so I have all the things plugged in that I know of and I have a few left over somehow... no idea. So here's what I got, a few I knew of before I removed the motor when it was in the sol and it ran fine. I think I might have an H22 harness and one of them might be a V-tec wire. Also 2 of the wires were wired straight to the ECU when I bough the sol and I just clipped them when I pulled the harness, so I need to know where they go and how to tie them in unless you think I should just run them straight into the ECU like the PO did. Last of all I wire tucked the alternator wires on the sol into the fender and had to leave them when I sold the car so I went to the JY and clipped an alt. plug off a civic, plugs in fine, but I'm not real sure how to wire it in, any help? Onto the pics!

This is the Alt. plug and the colors of the wires I have to work with

This little guy IIRC didn't have a home when the motor was in the sol

Inside shot of the above plug

Ok, this is the crank angle sensor plug, and it fits into this plug on the engine harness, is this right? It's tight as ****!!! Seems wrong, but there is no other plug it fits in

Where the above connector comes from

This little guy clips in right underneath the intake mani in the center. It has a red wire and is the second wire that was run directly to the ECU I was talking about. No idea what it is, or what it does. I think it's a knock sensor, but I could EASILY be wrong

This as you can see is right below the oil filter, I have nothing to plug into it... WTF?!? Am I missing something here?

This is the part of the harness that goes from the pass. side to the driver side and connects to the chassis harness. It has this green wire that splits off into 2... only issue is after it splits one of the wires goes nowhere!

And then I have these 2 wires. I think they go together, but not 100%. One is cut on the end, the other has this fancy *** hoop... ideas?

random shot of the driver side plug for no reason

#1 - Spool valve/VTEC solenoid, dunno how you got it but in every single Honda it's always a single grn/yel wire.
#2 - Pretty sure that is for your O2 sensor and why the plug going to the crank barely reaches.
#3 - That is indeed your knock sensor, looks weird the way it's rigged but that's the only sensor that is between the water pipe and intake.
#4 - That sensor with nothing going to it is your oil sending unit.

My advice, ditch that haggard *** excuse for a harness because fixing that thing is just more trouble than it's probably worth when considering it may give you trouble in the future. If you really are running an H23a1 you should be able to find a harness for pretty cheap.

well the v-tec wire I'll just tuck up out of the way then. How is the oil sending unit supposed to be hooked up, what am I missing there? The knock sensor was just wires straight to the ECU before, I would rather not run it that way if I don't have to again, what other way can I do it? What can I do about the crank angle sensor?

CKF sensor, that's what I was calling the CAS. Someone in the civic forum told me what it was and said as long as I'm running an OBD1 ECU that it won't look for the input form it and it'll be fine. So my question is, can I remove it so I don't have the wires just hanging out? Also, I plan on going H22 V-tec head in a year or so, will I need it for that?

I actually can't seem to find one for under 75 bucks. Is that too much to ask for? I know the harness is good, it ran..... ok in the sol. I cleaned it up a LOT from when it was new. There were a few broken sensors I replaced and I replaced a few of the connectors as well. I actually have it almost dpne with the exception of the few things I have listed, but even if I get it perfect I still want a nice OEM harness to replace it with. I really want to have one to send in to rywire, but that's just to much to spend right now This one will definitely be replaced as soon as I can find a cheap one though.

The one under the filter should be the oil pressure sensor, which usually has a male end for the plug to go into and is a single wire. From the factory the harness has a rubber boot on it, and the plug just pushes on the male end. Here is a pic.

So is my unit missing something? (STFU kids, I know what I said, lol) Should I order a new OPS and replace it before getting a new harness? I know the plug your talking about, I have another just like that with the rubber boot on the water temp sensor I think.
