ok so i have a 95 civic with a d15b and when i start the car the idle jumps around from 1k to 2k....i replaced the iacv and cleaned the fitv, i also turned the fitv all the way in but no luck...i put my finger on the bottom hole of the tb and it still kept jumping around so then i put my finger on the top hole of the tb and my idle was normal, what would this mean any suggestions....thanks in advanvce

You have a vaccum leak.
