Re: bouncing idle
With the car running and idle bouncing, take off the intake piping. There are two holes inside your throttle body. Cover up the bottom hole with your finger. If it stops bouncing it is your FITV. If that doesn't work, cover up the top hole. With the top hole covered the engine should die. If it does die it is most likely your IACV, but could also be your TPS. If both holes are covered and the engine still runs, you have a vaccum leak somewhere. Break out the carb cleaner and spray areas that might be leaking. When the idle jumps that is where your leak is.

Re: bouncing idle
I have the same issue but it will calm down after a while but i know my TB gasket has a break in it and needs to be replaced. use the carb cleaner and you'll find exactly where the leak is, gl!

Re: bouncing idle
Although the effects of screwing the FITV all the way in aren't that bad (still have them myself because I am to lazy to take the thing back off). Stock is 1.5 turns out from being all the way screwed in.
If it is all the way screwed in, for the first 30 seconds the car is running, If you suddenly let go of the gas the engine will come close to stalling.
After cleaning and screwing in my FITV, replacing my IACV, I finally realized my TB was so dirty that the butterfly wasn't making a good enough seal. Technically a vaccum leak I guess. lol.
