Default Motor bogs/ revs down when accelerated

Ok so car is a 93 integra. New LsV just dyno tuned ran fine. All of a sudden it began not wanting to turn on. Then car starts and as soon as u hit the gas pedal more than 30% thr car begins to bog down like if it had week spark or fuel. When just installed a new fuel pump and good distributor. Spark plugs and wires are new. Fuel filter is new as well and car has test pipe at the moment so cat is not clogged. Oh yeah we swapped out the ecu for a stock gsr and it still has the same problem. Also it has no check engine lights and when unplugging map, iacv, and tps they all affect the motor drastically. If anyone has any ideas I would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
