ok, so when im driving in really low gear, the car seems like it has NO power. especially uphill. once i get to about 3 rpm's it launches. when i hit the gas at a certain point it will keep gaining speed very slowly in low rpms, but if i hit it all the way, it seems to even slow down and "hesitate" i guess... could it be the dizzy?wat can i check to find out what this is?its really enoying, especially at stoplights on a hil...

 

Keep it in a lower gear, it is a torqueless honda right?

yea the lights on.when i checked it, it kept doing long blink....like the code is 10 or 1...or w.e... idk?

 

well one is 02 sensor and ten is intake air tempature sensor, both will cause a rich mixture and what ur describing. First make sure both sensors are there, the iat is located usually in the cylinder #1 intake runner and the o2 is in the exhaust somewhere. A long blink is like a full second, a short blink is like a lil pulse maybe a quarter of a second or even less. Figure out which one and fix it

 

its a long blink...so would it be the iat?

 

ok so, in low rpms (under 3) the car feel slike it has like no power, especially if i hit the gas hard. I changed the plugs and wires...no help. Also it seems like it wastes more gas then it needs too...i do have a cell w/ one long blink. heard it was the iat? can someone confirm that?and if so, where is that located? on the intake mani? possibly, it could be the o2 sensor...idk?the motor is a y7 bottom end w/ a y8 head.(mini me) what could cause it to bog like that?once it hits a certain rpm, it just launches. i feel like im not getting enough fuel at first almost...also the car used to be boosted before me, so that might have something to do w/ it. dont ask what kinda of injectors they are..im not sure

Have you checked the mechanical and ignition timing?

Have you inspected the cap and rotor?

 

ok well do as ron said, Iv already told u where the iat is located. What kind of ecu r u running? You got a obdII head in a obdI veichle if u didnt know but I guess all that is good if the car is running. We need to know what kind of ecu u have installed, plus get the cel off
