Default WTB: B16A2 Crank Position Sensor

The one on my engine I'm putting in got damaged somehow ... I just really need the plug end of it but I'm willing to purchase the whole thing of course.

Please let me know what you have, thanks!

Really you don't need it. Use the bypass trick on the ecu. I do it all the time for swaps if your running obd 2. If you run a obd 1 ecu it will not throw up a cel. Only on obd 2.

Car will run like there is on on it. and will still pass smog and reff.

I'll give that a look - thanks!

It's a b16a2 going in a 00 Civic Si (obd2). I thought it won't start unless it's hooked up for obd2 - will the trick bypass that and let it start? I need to pass smog legit too

It will start but run like crap if you dont have a crank sensor on or bypassed. I do this bypass when we do swaps into 96 and up tegs and civic when the customer wants to run there obd 2 ecu. later when you tune on obd1 it will not look for it. Never had a problem and I did to when I reffed a car too.
