i've been looking for a 96-00 auto transmission for my mom. i keep finding 92-95 transmissions tho. I'm wondering if those will work?
thanks.
thanks.
Is there anything you can do to get it to work? I have a non working civic ek trans and a working trans out of a 95. Couldn't I just swap sensors?
No, theres no place to mount the sensors and solenoids on a '92 - '95 tranny. Plus '92 - '95 transmissions used a kickdown cable, '96 - '00 didn't.
Thanks for the clarification. I just wanted to be sure that it wasn't just something simple.
I have a coworker with a 99 DX auto with a bad trans. I have a 95 ex auto trans, so I was hoping I could just swap sensors over.
