I was just wondering what engines came in the vx hatches. I heard that there's a vtec engine that came in the vx hatches. I think it's called a vtec-e engine

yes it does come with vtec motor but its a economy vtec. which saves gas lol bit it should be a d15 block

Yeah I heard that vtec hits at like 2300 rpm and it u raise it it hits like a b series. And the same concept was used in some sort of ek too

 

vtec-e really doesn't have anything to do with normally vtec, 1 intake valve per cylinder is kept almost completely closed until around 2500 rpm, this creates a vortex is the combustion chamber, these engines run on a super lean mixture (which is why they run a factory wideband O2 sensor) combined with factory roller rockers and super light chassis and wheels these things got super mileage, think 50mpg city.

 

Damn I wish my z6 could get mileage like that
