get some tubing for the other connection and rip out the stock tubing all together, or just leave it as is.
or if you feel REALLY talented with a hacksaw, you can hack the tubings apart.

it's not that hard to take off those line and just get one single rubber line to get rid of those metal lines. It doesn't make any performance difference, but I did it when I got sick of accidentally touching the hot metal. Besides if you let it sit, it might melt the clearcoat on ur intake. The metal line messed up my AEM.Just a warning. IF you had AEM before, they should have provided you with a line to replace that metal one.
Here's what you need to do:
Get rid of that metal tubing system all together. You will notice that either of the rubber coolant lines is long enough to connect from the intake manifold to the block...use that to connect the two points.
It's not rocket science, just look at the system and you'll figure it out. Make sure your car is cool before attempting this or you might burn yourself.

Oh BTW, you should put some hose clamps on that blue silicone hose of yours. And don't tell me you got no clamps cause I can see 2 that you are not using at the moment (the ones you circled in the first pic).

You should also remove the resonator box if you haven't already done it. You got no use for it now that you have a J's intake system.

If you have room, I'd use the metal line with the intake.
Shorten the piece of hose that goes to the valve cover to give you some room, then use another short piece of hose to attatch that to the intake tube. That way you don't spill coolant all over the place and you won't lose the stock part.
