244whp 5psi.. what do you think?
I saw a car on craigslist that's completely stock besides 440 injectors with a t3/t4 turbo putting down 244whp on 5psi with a tune on a 95 eg hatch.. Is this possible or is he just saying that?
dunno what the engine is in question, and that is important, but even if it was an ls i'm thinking 5 psi on a relatively small turbo is NOT going to increase stock output by 100hp+
^ Yea if he's got a b it's what I'd expect, but if it's a dthen you'd need a bigger turbo to hit 244 at 5 psi. Does he have proof he ran it on a dyno and showed that power?

my b16a sir11 with the p30 pistons sk2 tuner1s type r valve train sk2 manifold 750cc turbonetics turbo not sure on size with 8psi was 233 but with bent valves they said without the valves problem i should have been at 250 260whp
boost pressure is not an accurate way to compare power levels. Compression, cams, tune, the turbo, manifold will affect power. It's like saying a V6 will make a vehicle fast...even though in a Civic it will haul but a full size truck it's a dog. Not knowing the rest of the variables makes a huge difference.
