I have a D16Z6 Intake mani and head on a Y7 block.
I am running RC550's.
First, I bored my O-ring seals (the big ones) that sit in the intake mani. Leaked a bit at the bottom but then i got new oem seals and RAMMED my injectors in. NOW, they **** fuel out the TOP where it meets the fuel rail, top o-rings are in place...WTF

 

Are they supposed to sit up, not fully in the large O-ring in the mani? I thought they were to be rammed in, squishing the O-ring...

your talkin about the rubber seal on the manifold rite? i dont know about rc's but my dsm's i drilled taht seal and the injectors sat down in about a half inch or so

 

The RC instructions tell you that the injectors should sit on top of the IM seals. so you should not bore them out. as for the top o-rings, they get pinched easily. i found it best to use OEM honda upper o-rings. they seem to be a bit smaller and go into the fuel rail without ripping. make sure to use some oil or grease to further help your install
