Is the problem the injectors too big for the rubber spacer?
I think this is common and as long as theres a good seal and it doesn't leak its fine. I'm pretty sure the rubber spacers don't go onto my Precision injectors either. I just put all the injectors into the fuel rail, positioned all the injectors into the rubber spacers, and just carefully torqued down the fuel rail. No leaks.
