What is a good/safe way to take off both the front and back "H" badges? Will there left over glue on the hood/trunk?

 

There will be holes in the rear.
Just pop them off. Dont scratch the paint.

Use dental floss around the emblem to detach the glue. Then just pop off.

 

So did you guys just leave the wholes there? Or did you fill them?

 

actually to remove the h u need to pop the trunk and see that there are 2 little prongs holding the h in. (if i remember correctly) and u can use an icepick or something to pop em out

this is a easy way

 

i just flossed mine off (Civic and DX sings) then i used some wax and a towel to get off the extra glue. This will take tons of elbow grease. If wax does not work, you could try "Goo Gone" This was suggested to me when i needed help on getting that crap off.

You dont need a hairdryer. The glue isn't THAT strong. It's only holding on a couple ounces of plastic.
