Default Best sparkplugs for 320whp civic ls/vtec

Hi, I'm running the NGK V-power 8 sparkplugs, but just wanted to ask if I should change for the 7's or keep the 8's. Not planning on going more boost. Right now I am at 320whp at 10 psi.
Any comments.

A lot of people run the 7's at your power level, but you'll be fine with the 8's. I was around the same power with my old LS setup, and I ran the 4554 NGK 8's with a .026" gap, no issues.
