Default PnP or go LS/Vtec

cost wise, whats the better option?? currently, i'm running a straight LS turbo, but i'd like to get more power out of my setup.. my best to date has been a 13.8@102.5 at 8 psi on street tires..

LS/VTEC is going to be a much bigger improvement than porting Honda's near-perfect heads

I dont really agree with this. The LS head is what holds back the potential of the LS turbo setup. Completely do the head and you will see great results.
The only downfall, is after you work the ***** out of the ls head....you can still only rev to 8500 or so. We all know what stock vtec heads are capable of, let alone ones that have upgraded valvetrain.
It all depends on you budget.
I am considering the vtec head, but would really like to see what I can get out of the LS head.
If you need to ask some questions regarding this, you might want to talk to boosted3g---i think thats his name. He is doing a straight LS daily driven/race integra hoping to pull off 10's in street trim, and from what I remember he is pretty close.
