I have a D16Y7 with Z6 head turbo. Vitara pistons, Eagle rods.
I haven't started the motor yet, looking to make 220-260whp anywhere in that range would please me.. What spark plugs do YOU guys run and what do you recommend for ME?

for your power. with about 7.5CR on 91 octane, bkr7e should be fine.

CR is your compression ratio.

a .028" gap should be fine. you only need to go smaller if you are blowing out spark. a bigger gap will give the car a better idle. also the 4091 are non-resistor. i think he would be better off with regular 4644, bkr7e like everyone else recommended.

i only run non-resistors in the 8+ heat range because they dont really have any resistor plugs that cold
