Default What spark plugs are you running?

I have a D16Y7 with Z6 head turbo. Vitara pistons, Eagle rods.
I haven't started the motor yet, looking to make 220-260whp anywhere in that range would please me.. What spark plugs do YOU guys run and what do you recommend for ME?

for your power. with about 7.5CR on 91 octane, bkr7e should be fine.

That gap is rather large.. i would gap it at .20 -.22

I run NGK 4091's (7's)

a .028" gap should be fine. you only need to go smaller if you are blowing out spark. a bigger gap will give the car a better idle. also the 4091 are non-resistor. i think he would be better off with regular 4644, bkr7e like everyone else recommended.

i only run non-resistors in the 8+ heat range because they dont really have any resistor plugs that cold

I change mine every 2k miles anyways.. so these work for me.

NGK iridium's are also like $10 a pop!! not to mention you cant gap them... well... you can... but chances are you will *** your iridium tip

Ngk 1 step colder plugs at .025 gap
