Icon2 Clutch Problems

I need some Help!!! I have a 99 Civic ex with a B18b1 in it. This has been a long project and one problem after another. I finally got the engine started but now I'm having trouble getting it in gear. I have a hasport Cable to hydro conversion on the tranny. when I push the clutch pedal in, it doesn't disengage the clutch. I bled it a couple times and it still doesn't work. does anyone know what might be the problem? ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP THANKS!!!

did you open the clutch hydraulic system up?

if so its going to take more than a couple times to get it bled properly

keep bleeding it until the pedal pressure comes back

These are the pictures of the hasport conversion and with the Slave cylinder attatch on two of the 3 pictures. I took the slave cylinder off and the put it back on and bled the system. is it possable that I need a longer push pin? If I got a larger master cylinder would that creat more pressure? On the one picture I marked the tranny with a red marker. the line on the bottom is when the clutch pedal is out. it only moves about 1-1.5 inches. Let me know what you think..
Thanks for the help!
Also the pedal feels perfect

Is the pedal soft or spongy? If not, you might try adjusting the clutch pedal.

the clutch pedal feels fine. When i push the pedal to the floor it doesn't disengage the clutch... meaning It wont go into gear. the only one it that does anything is rev. and it grinds. I think it needs to go up an inch or so inorder for it to disengage the clutch but I'm not sure. what do you think?

Have a friend check it at the transmission with the clutch depressed. Do you get full travel? I bet you just need to adjust the clutch pedal a bit. Try turning the adjustment rod clockwise.

What is the proper travel? my Slave cylinder moves, the lever that the cable would be connected to, about 1.5 inches. I'll messure it tomarrow and let you know.. I have a pic of the travel that i'll upload to.
Thanks
P.S. I'll try to adjust the pedal to see if that might work
