clutch problem
i jsut finished my conversion from auto to manual, and the car goes in gear while its off, but when we turn it on it wont go in gear. The clutch isnt getting enough travel. If i look @ the slave cylinder it isnt moving enough to push the clutch off of the tranny all the way. what could the problem be:? I talked to someone and they suggested that it was the slave cylinder but I told him i had a new one, he told me I didnt have enough pressure to push it. Does anyone know how to fix it? do i need a new cylinder or does it need to be bled more?

Re: clutch problem
Either the master or slave cylinder is bad, the clutch hard or flex line is leaking, it hasn't been bleed enough, or there is something wrong with the clutch assembly.

Re: clutch problem
its a brand new slave cylinder. My friend doesnt think its the master cylinder because its still giving pressure, just not enough. He thinks its the clutch pedal that needs to be adjusted or that it wasnt bled right.
