I have heard they are pretty crappy, and not a 'true round', thus putting a lot of stress on the bearings.

......just what i have heard.

KAAZ is another alternative or even OEM in an M2B4 H22 transmission.

I've heard mixed reviews on OBX and PhantomGrip. What motor are you pairing it with?

I would just buy the M2B4 transmission if you're going 5spd.

I doubt it will fit your current transmission.

i dunno man. it may fit. it has the same final gear ratio as basically every type of H trans. a few exceptions of course. but i dunno, if you are going to get that trans....why not run that one? its friggin sick. but it is gonna cost a little bit.

This.

Though if you were going to use the OBX LSD, you would need to do some work to it to make it last. There are a few guides to doing so, including this one:

Would seem that, in short, the Belleville washers do not last long on most of these, leading to pre-mature failure.

Less that, I know the OEM LSD will not fit in the M2A4 (H22A non-lsd) because of the transmission housing doesn't have room for it.

really????

it is just bigger circumference wise? thats very interesting. has to be the same width for axle reasons and such.
