Good/Bad results from a P06 convert to Vtec w/custom chip
I got a b20vtec setup and would like to run a custom chip I just ordered. Problem is I have a jdm p30 and dont think I have the skills to pull off a surface mount chip install....
and I live in canada so if I send my ecu away it will take 3 weeks to get back and that wont work... so I got my eye on this:

Will this work out, any experence from these on b20 vtecs? Opinions thoughts?
Thanks in advance guys.

A chipped and VTEC added P06 will work fine for your engine. As long as it is tuned properly. If you are going to spend $160 US. I would look at spending it at a reputable shop vs egay stuff. I sell and chip ECUs for guys all the time. I'm sure you could find someone local to help you out.
If you can't find anyone local to help you out. Go to a reputable company like Xenocron.com or Phearable.net. I have dealt with Chris at Xenocron a few times. Never had any problems and he is very informative. I have never personally dealt with any one at Phearable. From what you see on this forum they know what they are doing as well.
