Default replacing compressor side

Okay, I thought about clipping the turbo, but maybe it won't be such a good idea. I have a t3 with a compressor ar of .60 and I'm wondering what would be involved to get a t4 on that side instead. Would I have to replace the compressor blades as well as the housing? Or is there anyway that I could keep my compressor housing and just change the blades. What other options do I have that would allow me to keep my stock housing or keep my stock compressor wheel? thanks in advance
