Finally got the car tuned and dyno'd yesterday. Wasnt able to get any more than 15psi since the manual boost controller got stuck for some reason but managed to get 430hp and 370tq out of it. Just my luck we take it off the dyno and the boost controller unsticks i guess and i hit my 19lb boost cut at 5 grand. So we will be street tuning the rest over 16lbs maybe in a few weeks and maybe dyno later on cause it definately will hit the 500hp range with 22-24psi or whatever the 18g maxes out at. Old stock b16 with same turbo setup made 350hp and 252tq at 15lbs.
Setup- Aebs sleeved 84mm B16a, Ross 9:1 pistons, Crower rods, acl race bearings, "O" ringed b16 head, CTR intake cam, stock b16 exhaust cam, JG Cam gears, Port Flow springs and retainers, golden eagle head studs and main studs, crower rod bolts, Skunk 2 intake manifold, BDL 70mm tb, hondata intake manifold gasket, Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors, BDL fuel rail, SLS Ramhorn manifold, Greddy 18g turbo converted to external Tial 38mm wg, 3" downpipe, Precision 600hp intercooler, Hondata S300

Thats great! Ive never seen anyone do anything serious with the Greddy turbo. I guess if you change everything it came with you can yield some nice power gains. I didnt know it could make that much power, even though it didnt carry the tq at all. Nice work.

yea its Las Vegas and we are at like 2500ft altitude and like 108 degrees out lol, i know the power band isnt that great all the way across because the boost hit 15lbs at around 5500 and then fell off to like 11-12lbs so now that the boost controller is working again we will street tune the higher psi and i want to dyno it in Los Angeles hopefully...thanks for the comments everyone
