Default Poor acceleration / Bogging issue

Hey guys, problem started out of the blue.
One day I turned the car on and jumped on the freeway and the car lost power, not completely. It just started to bog when I gave it gas.
Say I'm giving the car gas and all of a sudden like power drops and regains speradically(sp?) Also it does this at idle, the rpms will drop and once in a while the car will shut off.

I don't have any codes, Any input will help.

Oh, B20 in a 93 sedan.

Thanks

When at idle, it doesn't fluctuate, the idle just drops and if I give it gas it hesitates. When I get above say, 2500 rpms or so it stops and revs fine.

Start with plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and ignition timing.

I've checked all but the timing, could it be anything else?

This happened to me as well, turned out to be my distributor, didn't really become obvious until my car stopped running, it would sometimes die out at red lights, and die out in the middle of driving, then start again.

i'd say probably the ICM in the distributor may be going bad
