Default more idle problems need help!

i have a 1998 ex civic coupe and ive had it for a couple of months and i noticed after awhile that the idle would go low then back up to about 2500 rpms then drop down to like 200 rpms or lower, the car would also bog out when driving randomly i would give it gas and it wouldnt move then just jump... so i read that it could be the Iacv so i cleaned it, nothing.i did a full tune up..oil,plugs, cap, still bad idle. Then i thought "my engines pretty dirty maybe ill clean everything, so i took out the throttle body and fuel rail and the intake manifold...cleaned everything! ... put it back same problem. So i thought it could be the tps ...so i just bought a new throttle body, i was also putting in my a/c belt so i did it together.. so now the car is still idleing like crazy , feels like it has no power and really noisey ,maybe because of the A/c?... meanwhile this whole time the check engine like is on, i checked it before and it was a code for the knocksensor and i replaced it, i havent checked it lately...help please!

So I was gna check the CEL but I decided to clean the iacv again and I disconnected the battery to reset the CEL ...I've run it 60 miles still no CEL but the idle goes up randomly at lights and goes very low and the whole car shakes and Boggs...any clue how I could stop this ? Should I just replace the iacv?

The engine is running lean. Try replacing the fuel filter. Also check the FPR and its vacuum hose.

Check whether the FPR vacuum hose is clogged.

Also unplug the primary O2 sensor to see whether the problem goes away.
