the compression is 9.2-1 on a B4. with stock rod bolts your not reving past 7500 (give or take a few RPM's). it will feel fairly torquey but it wont make high numbers. i never did a ton of research on this setup just because i would never slap a stock VTEC head on a stock B20, but i would guess 145 - 150 at the wheels
i have my b20b b16 head boosted making 282 with 222tq on a dynapak tuned by rlz engineering in concord nc. he said he has done alot of b20 vtecs for people who autocross and he said the ones that would hold up and not snap the leaves seem to make 180 at the wheels, the ones that make 2 at the wheels seem to last a race then snap the sleeve. but i have put 6000 miles on my setup and still runnning strong, i didnt think it would hold up and surprises me
