Default Need help Code 9 No.1 cylinder position sensor

I just swapped a ZC VTEC (ZC Dizzy) into my rex and I am getting this code 9 (cylinder position sensor), I have done some googling and found that a lot of people say replacing the Distributor will fix this. The problem is that the distributor is new and I cant seem to figure what the hell is going on. anyone have any experience with this issue? Can anyone help?

Thanks!
