perhaps you can flip the intercooler upside down? so the pipes run through the top of the bumper?

a good buddy of mine had a 00 hatch ls turbo and he kept his foglights....i know his intercooler piping was custom built by h-t member RC000e and i think they inverted the intercooler also

it was one of the cleanest setups i've ever seen and was done using only 5 silicone coupler i believe....his honda-tech username is rickcrx if you wanna check out some pictures he has, i'm not sure if he shows under the hood but if you do some searching i know he posted up pictures before

get a back door intercooler would probably be your best bet. so the piping is run through the back not to the sides like most intercoolers are

Not possible to keep the fogs unless you do something as mentioned above.

My friends 00 EX has never had an issue with the piping and intercooler. This is with a new Mishimoto IC (around 27x11x3) that we just put on a few weeks ago. It fit with the old, beat up greddy one as well (which was basically the same size).

The trick seemed to be keeping the IC as low as you can while still fitting in the bumper cover, and having the bottom as close to the core support as you can manage. This was not hard to do btw and fits just fine. I could see clearance problems if your charge piping was bigger than 2.5" though.

I can try to elaborate further if necessary.

this could work but if you cars lowered i would not recomend this as this is just killing ur ground clearance and would suck if u hit your piping

upside down would probably be your easiest fix
then the piping will run right over your fogs
i just walked outside and looked at my car and i'm sure it would work

the EG looks like a badass ride, but the fitment on the whole front end is extremely poor

the EK's though were done very nice, i'm really diggin the 96-98 all except for the hood

This DOES work, and on a lowered EJ8. No clearance issues whatsoever. Only time I have seen trouble was when I had the bottom of the IC initially bolted up farther out. This caused the piping to hit the foglight brackets.
