well first off hello to everyone on this site because this is my first post. ok well my project is a d16y8 civic. i hope to get around 180whp out of this engine. now before anyone says to swap i have considered that n i know it would probably come out cheaper but i really would rather build my d series. its kind of a pride thing i suppose like "yea thats my dseries". its just something i want to do. i am what you would call a noob but i love my honda. so i plan on doing this over time as my knowledge grows. id prefer all motor but through research it seems this is impossible? so turbo seems like the way to go. money is not an issue. im not rich at all lol just dedicated to my honda to the point where i will sacrifice a lot for it. i guess i would like to get advice on where to start? whats all needed to build for a safe n reliable turbo? any advice would be very much appreciated n i apologize for my ignorance but im still young n learning. baby steps first then ill update as i go along.
