Icon3 No power to the ecu! HELP!

Was driving..tach and speedo went to zero and then bounced back a few times..radio cut on and off but car was still running. Pull over but left it running and the Ecu lost power and came back on a few times cause my vtec tuner reset. I cut it off and tried to start it back up and nothing. Checked my Ecu backup fuses..nothing wrong. After a while I pop started it and only the motor came on..none of the electronics..that in return made it start to smoke. So I'm thinking there's something causing the Ecu to lose power and cause all the other problems. Need help asap!

Well I found out the a/c belt was what was smoking so i cut that and it started right up. It only ran good for a run around the block. After that I got it to start up and drove not even half a mile with all electronics slowly fading and finally it just died all together. I'm gonna swap the alternator and see if that fixes it but that doesnt seem to explain the tach and speedo problem
