ELECTRICAL HELP PLZ!
I have a 89 dx civic with a b18a1 swap. it has been converted to mpfi. I cant get power to my ecu. The plugs were cut to hell and back so i went and purchased uncut plugs and replaced them(double and triple checked my work). I have also gone thru 3 harnesses. No matter what i try, there is never any power to the ECU. I have checked voltage with a voltometer, there is power going to the ecu plugs, but it wont power on. I have checked grounds, re-ran ground, and double checked everything I dont know how many times. I had this same problem when i had my b16 in the car. I seriously need some help. I have searched every site imaginable. Is there a way to run a power and ground to the ecu other than thru the main relay. Some one please help. Thanks

Re: ELECTRICAL HELP PLZ! (KraziCivicSi)
Have you considered the posibility that your ECU is bad?
If there is power on wires A12 and A14 I believe (for OBD0), or on A25 and B1 (for OBD1) then your problem almost definitely is the ECU itself.
The other possibility is that you might have just switched some wires around. i really can't tell without looking at the car, but that's my .02
